We at the School Health Nursing Team are a universal service working with families to support children and young peoples development, providing additional support or signposting where it is needed.

We provide a confidential service and we are available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

You can contact us or self-refer through your GP surgery or your child’s school.

The School Nursing Service works both in school and the community to provide and offer support about:
